The Whole Health Therapy
As a Whole Health psychotherapist I'm focused on your mental, physical and spiritual well being. In the course of therapy you can expect that we will circulate between the three spheres and explore their interconnectedness, without engaging into actual physical therapy. We will address your diet and eating habits, your sleep patterns, your relationship with your body, your relationship with physical exercise, movement and nature as an integral part of therapy.
You can expect the elements of mindfulness exercises and guided meditations throughout the therapy. And the special yoga sequences would combine therapy and yoga. Exploring your body through your mind and connecting your mind to the body.
Last but not least you can expect building a stronger connection with your heart. And following your heart by pursuing your values and making choices consistent with them.
What is it helpful for
Whole Health ACT has been used effectively to help treat stress, anxiety, social anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder and psychosis. It has also been used to help treat medical conditions such as chronic pain and substance abuse.
